Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 cabbage

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crabmeat, and lobster meat.
  • Add the cabbage, diced bell peppers, red onion, celery, parsley, and dill. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss to coat.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
